Service

FB90 is a social media publishing workspace for managing authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

User Responsibilities

Users must only connect accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, schedule, publish, or manage through the service.

Platform Rules

Users must comply with all applicable laws and the terms, policies, and community standards of each connected platform, including Meta platform policies.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use the service for spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, harassment, infringement, illegal content, or any activity that violates connected platform policies.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, operational, or compliance reasons.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
